How long does the hardcover take to ship?
Production takes 3-5 business days, then standard shipping is typically 5-10 business days. Total lead time is usually about two weeks, sometimes faster.
Can I ship it to a different address than my billing?
Yes. The shipping address is collected at checkout and is separate from your Stripe billing details. Perfect for sending directly to the grandparent.
Can I preview the book before it prints?
Yes. After you pay for the digital book, you see every page rendered in the browser. If something's off, you can regenerate individual illustrations before ordering the hardcover.
What if the grandparent lives overseas?
We currently ship hardcovers to US, Canada, UK, and Australia. If you need another country, email us and we'll check whether Lulu (our print partner) services it.
