Referral FAQ
When do I get paid?
Payouts run on the 15th of each month for the prior month's referrals. We pay via PayPal or Venmo — let us know which when you sign up.
Is there a minimum payout?
$10 minimum. If you've earned less than $10 in a month, we roll the balance forward.
How long is the referral cookie?
30 days. If someone clicks your link and buys within 30 days, you get credit — even if they close the tab and come back later.
Can I refer myself?
Please don't. We review purchases for self-referrals and back them out. It's not worth it.
Do refunds reverse my commission?
Yes. If a buyer refunds their order, we deduct $5 from your pending balance. Happens rarely.
