Referral FAQ

When do I get paid?

Payouts run on the 15th of each month for the prior month's referrals. We pay via PayPal or Venmo, let us know which when you sign up.

Is there a minimum payout?

$10 minimum. If you've earned less than $10 in a month, we roll the balance forward.

How long is the referral cookie?

30 days. If someone clicks your link and buys within 30 days, you get credit, even if they close the tab and come back later.

Can I refer myself?

Please don't. We review purchases for self-referrals and back them out. It's not worth it.

Do refunds reverse my commission?

Yes. If a buyer refunds their order, we deduct $5 from your pending balance. Happens rarely.
